Google Classroom Sign Up | Create Google Classroom Account
Teachers and students can work anywhere, anytime, and on any device with Google Classroom. To sign up for Google Classroom your school must have G Suite for Education account. If your school does not have it yet, you might need to discuss that with the administrator. On the other hand, if you are not a teacher, all you need to is to have a Google account and with it, you can log in to Google Classroom. What you will need for Google Classroom login includes:
- An internet connection on your device.
- A G Suite for Education account that is set up by your school. If you don’t know your G Suite for Education account, ask your teacher or school administrator to give it to you.

- Head to www.classroom.google.com.
- Sign in for the first time.
- Click Sign In.
- Enter your G Suite for Education username or your personal Google Account username.

- Google may send you a welcome message. Just read it and click Accept to proceed to Google Classroom.

- First, download Google Classroom app for Android.
- Tap the Classroom app to launch it.
- Tap Get Started.
- Tap Add account and then tap OK.
- Enter your G Suite for Education username or your personal Google Account username.
- Tap Next.
- Enter your password and tap Next.
- If you get a welcome message, read it and tap Accept.
- Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and tap Accept.

Google Classroom Login Problems: How do I manage Google Classroom Login Errors
You might encounter some problems during Google Classroom login. We have listed some of the common Google Classroom Login error messages and how to take care of them.
1: This service has been disabled by your admin. This means that Classroom is not activated for your account. To correct this, contact your school administrator.
2: Your administrator has not activated Classroom. It means that your administrator hasn’t turned on Classroom for your account yet. Contact your school administrator to correct this.
3: You cannot use Classroom with this account. When you get this error message, it means that you tried to sign in to Classroom with the wrong account. How To Create A Class on Google Classroom
You can create a class on any device – computer, Android, iPhone and iPad. As a teacher, you can either create a class or join an already created class which is called a provisioned class. It is a class created by the Google Classroom administrator of your school.

Go to classroom.google.com.
- Click Add at the top right corner of the homepage
- Click Create class.
- Enter the class name.
- Enter text, such as grade level or class time. This is optional.
- Enter a subject or click one from the list that appears when you enter text. Again, this step is also optional.
- Click Create to create your class.
- Classroom automatically creates a class code when you create a new class. You use it to invite students to the class.
How To Accept a provisioned class on Computer
A provisioned class is a class created by the administrator who manages Classroom. He/she can create classes for you and add students to them. You will need to sign in to the Classroom to accept or decline the classes before they will become visible to any students or co-teachers. Follow the steps below to accept a provisioned class.

- On the class card, click Accept.
- Confirm the number of students and activation of the class and click Accept.

How To Join A Class on Google Classroom
To use Google Classroom as a student, you will need to sign in to Classroom your device and then join classes. There are two ways in which you can join a class:
- Join a class with a class code: Your teacher will give you a class code, use this code to add yourself to the class.
- Accept an invitation from your teacher: Your teacher will send you an invitation and you will see Join on the class card on your Classroom homepage.
